The Fondation Tremplin Santé
The Fondation Tremplin Santé is a charitable organization whose mission is to promote and support the development of environments conducive to the adoption of healthy habits among Canadian kids and youth in recreational settings, particularly in disadvantaged communities.
Through the Power Up program that offers a wealth of content free of charge, camps take action to raise awareness of healthy habits among kids and youth with a firm emphasis on fun! Power Up gives members a solution that helps them adapt and transform their work habits with the goal of including daily healthy eating, physical activity and well-being habits so that kids and youth can grow up healthy.
